ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE

  1. Space allocation by the organizers will be made on a “­First come, ­ First served” basis, upon receiving the completed application form and required deposit.
  2. Upon receipt of the Application Form and deposit, the exhibitor will receive his registration number (1, 2, 3, etc.) which will indicate his turn in selecting the space, once the floor plan is available.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to change the space allocation at any time prior to the commencement of the set-up of the exhibition, should circumstances require a change. Such changes shall be at the discretion of the organizer and the exhibitor shall not claim compensation as a result of the changes.

Note:  The number of exhibition space is limited and early booking is recommended.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Exhibitors who plan to build a constructed booth must get an approval for the design and for the safety of their construction from the safety engineer.  The exhibitor will be required to provide a graphic layout and measurements of construction. The engineer’s contact information will be provided in the near future.

SET-UP AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITION
Times will be advised at a later date.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of exhibition space must be made in writing by fax or email to the exhibition secretariat.

Cancellation received by December 24, 2024 – 50% cancellation fee of the full exhibition fee.
Thereafter – no refund, full exhibition fee charged.

INSURANCE/LIABILITY
All exhibition equipment and materials are not insured by the organizers and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to purchase comprehensive insurance for the exhibition period as well as during set-up and removal of exhibition.  Companies are responsible for all property damage as well as any loss or injury caused by their property, agents or employees.

It must be clearly understood that the Organizing Committee and/or Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd., and/or the Leonardo Club Hotel Dead Sea, can accept NO liability for any loss or damage sustained or any injury caused.
Companies will indemnify the above against all claims and expenses arising from any damages.
